After you pay, QC is prepared within 24–48 hours. Once you approve the QC video or photos, dispatch follows within 48 hours. From payment to tracking number is typically 3–5 days, then carrier transit on top. Quotes are valid for 48 hours.

How shipping cost works
Cost is based on chargeable weight (greater of actual and volumetric weight), destination, and carrier. Consolidating multiple items into one parcel lowers per-item cost. On direct Yupoo orders, 3+ items ship free internationally, with additional discounts at 5+ and 10+ items.
Customs, duties, and VAT
The buyer is responsible for any customs duties or VAT in the destination country. The US de-minimis threshold is currently 800 USD per shipment, so most personal orders arrive duty-free. EU, UK, Canada, and Australia thresholds are lower — budget for possible VAT on those lanes. Declared values are calibrated to legitimate de-minimis rules.
Lost or delayed parcels
Every shipment is tracked. DHL delays are rare outside holiday windows; Chinese New Year adds 5–14 days across all carriers. If a parcel stalls, contact us via WhatsApp and we work the carrier claim with you. Insured shipments are reimbursed on confirmed loss.
